The NIBA annual
alley clean-up will be scheduled sometime in April. The date will
be shown here and on our events calendar as soon as it is finalized.
On our last annual alley clean-up
members of the NIBA met at 8:00am. Ken Rabin, the owner
of Morry's of Naples, provided donuts and coffee for all participants.
Afterwards the participants headed to the alley behind Union Bank.
Armed with weed cutters, weed spray, brooms, gardening utensils and
other such tools they proceeded to work their way towards Pasta al
Dente. They removed weeds and trash and left a beautiful alley
behind. When the work was completed at 11:30am, Dave Ursini
, the proprietor of the Naples Rib Company, provided a delicious lunch
for them.
This year promises to be equally
rewarding and provides a great venue for working with other business
owners towards a common goal.
