Roger was born and raised in Kansas. His early work experiences began at the age of twelve, as a caretaker for a five-acre estate during the summer months. While in high school, Mr. Hinkle was employed at a local music store as a sales consultant. After completing high school he progressed to the position of District Manager for the Kansas retail music chain. Looking for additional opportunities in his young business career he relocated to California in 1986 where he accepted a position as a loan analyst. Through typical hard work and dedicated service, Mr. Hinkle became a Manager within the next year and continued to progress and develop his management skills.
Currently, Roger is the owner and president of A.W.L.G, Inc., located in Naples, California. A. W. L. G. is a consolidation of America West Mortgage and Naples realty. The company specializes in real estate mortgage banking and real estate investments. The mortgage banking operation includes managing warehouse lines of credit, loan origination and funding analysis as well as packaging products for sale to Wall Street investors. The real estate division consults with the community to create added value for their property investments, resulting in the highest return on their investments.
